At Ciafre Electrical Services, we’re more than just an electrical company—we’re a family-owned business rooted in integrity, community, and exceptional service. Founded in 2000 by Rodney Ciafre, our company was built to provide reliable, high-quality electrical solutions to homeowners and small businesses. After a brief pause, we relaunched in 2020 with renewed passion and commitment, bringing over 40 years of industry expertise to every project we undertake.
We specialize in a wide range of services, from electrical upgrades and EV charger installations to supporting HVAC conversions and powering renovations. But beyond our technical skills, it’s our dedication to building genuine relationships with our clients that truly sets us apart.
Meet the Team
At the heart of Ciafre Electrical Services is a team that cares deeply about its craft and community. Rodney leads the charge, bringing his extensive experience and passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Our team is dedicated, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.
Rodney
Rodney has been an electrician for over 40 years, working in various areas of the trade. In 2000 he started Ciafre Electrical Services as a way to provide for his growing family. Now, his youngest son, Ezekiel, works with him as the company’s lead technician. In his free time, Rodney enjoys cycling, golfing, and spending time with family. However, his cycling has deeper ties than just a weekend hobby. He is often training and raising money for an upcoming Bike MS ride which he has been actively participating in since 2013. Rodney has also been a member of the Longwood Rotary Club, a global organization, since 2002 where he enjoys connecting with other entrepreneurs in the community and collaborating on local initiatives and service projects.

Since 2002, Rodney has been an esteemed member of the Longwood Rotary Club, a testament to our deep-seated dedication to community service. The Rotary unites a global network of volunteers who are committed to addressing some of the world’s most critical humanitarian issues. Rotary members’ efforts notably impact lives locally and internationally, championing the Rotary vision of “service above self.” By participating in projects that range from park cleanups to constructing shelters and supporting food banks, we actively contribute to creating a meaningful and impactful difference in our community.
